Production

The Fraunhofer Institue (IMS) and ELMOS Semiconductor AG have a long term cooperation in joint research and development work, as well in the joint use of the  production line (200mm Wafer).

Of approx. 1.300 m² 200mm Wafer will be prepared for the costumers. The spectrum of the Wafer-Line covers a complete CMOS Process-Line with integrated On-Chipsensorik. In the adjoining laboratory (appr. 600 m²) further assistants are researching the extension of CMOS application

The Clean Room is certify to ISO/TS 16949:2009 (Automotive)

TriDiCam has with the Fraunhofer IMS a strong partner for a long term cooperation in the field of 3D CMOS image sensors.
